The problem the defense has in the video, is that in sworn testimony, the asset protection person said they never asked for him to be trespassed or made to leave by the police, just to have a talk with him. He probably wanted to make sure he wasn't on drugs or drunk and causing an issue based on the problem he was having at the self-checkout. But we all know how that goes, police will just make the rules as they go along. There's absolutely no situation that police can't make worse.

It is a man, if anyone, would have intervened. They would have been sue. The student cannot get their prom back. Some saved, worked hard or charged hundreds to a thousand dollar to get their prom attire and other accessories hair and makeup for this special day and don’t forget the ones who went together for a limousine. I was one who could afford all of the classily things for prom. I had to borrow a dress. Do my own hair and makeup and take my parents car and go with my twin friends. We went solo, and had a blast.
